Styrotex Innovations Ltd was setup to manufacture this high
quality EPS Moulded Foam Pallet. This new manufacturing
process encapsulates the foam with a high impact polystyrene
skin (HIPS). This new technology will effectively relaunch
and reposition expanded polystyrene pallets and is attracting
huge interest.
Using a moulded EPS foam core, which is
almost 90% air, a new manufacturing process encapsulates
the foam with a high impact polystyrene skin (HIPS). The
finished composite material can now be used in many new
and diversified applications.
Typical products would be lightweight
plastic pallets and polystyrene pallets for airfreight or
in plant use, point of sale displays, insulated boxes and
totes and OEM components.
The proprietary patented process was developed
over 10 years by "Leading Edge Services" in Australia
and is being marketed by Styrotex Innovations Ltd- An Irish
based pallet manufacturer . A global sales and manufacturing
network has already been set up with machines in Ireland
and the U.S.A. The Czech Republic and Malaysia will also
soon have machinery installed.
Styrotex's Innovative lightweight pallets
are manufactured from one material, styrene, thus eliminating
the need for glues, adhesives or nails in the fabrication
process.
