Originally established in 1977 and long
renowned for quality food, since 2003 Fouters’ award
winning food has been prepared with care and attention by
Brian and Odette Murphy, who bring their wealth of experience
to Ayrshire. Having trained at top Glasgow restaurants,
including the Buttery and One Devonshire Gardens, they have
travelled extensively, developing a passion for quality
food. Their culinary skills complimented by Netta Fleming’s
administrative expertise and knowledge of food and wine,
they now prepare good food in Ayr with a philosophy of keeping
flavours clean and simple to allow quality ingredients to
